According to the real estate portal Thomas Daily, the regular lease agreement for the Berlin branch of the department store chain on Friedrichstraße will expire at the end of December 2024. The American owners, led by Tishman Speyer Properties, have already engaged in „constructive discussions“ with completely different potential tenants.
