The focus of the presentation is on the exploratory potential of augmented reality in educational practice. It discusses how this innovative technology enables a vivid experience of the spatial, temporal, and emotional dimensions of Gulag camps. Interactive AR and VR applications offer new perspectives for both educators and learners. The goal is not only to convey factual knowledge, but rather to establish a profound empathetic connection with the historical actors.
