Workers from various industries are assuming control of their workplaces and structuring them based on sustainable and egalitarian principles. This entails eliminating hierarchical structures, the pressure to generate profits, and the division between production and reproduction. Concurrently, the value chains of capital are evolving and expanding, making it increasingly challenging to establish links and foster unity among rebellious workers. The third and last public discussion titled „Allied Grounds,“ taking place on Saturday, October 7, will explore the concept of a translation-based political approach. This approach aims to facilitate the articulation and exchange of struggles and alliances across diverse spaces, scales, and individual perspectives.
