Berlin Art Week: Modulationen von Stille

The exhibition at this year’s Art Week appears strangely unconventional in the cultural snapshot. While other exhibition houses are telling postcolonial stories and striving for rehabilitative inclusion of non-Western perspectives, such as the nGbK, and while Eva Fàbregas is combining the aesthetics of her giant blobs at the Hamburger Bahnhof with the seriousness of Minimal Art, which flourishes on Instagram under #oddlysatisfying, the contribution of the Academy of Arts at Pariser Platz seems relatively outdated.
